Delivery

The completed readiness summary and written recommendations are delivered electronically within five business days after all required information is received.

Incomplete intake

The delivery period begins only when the required intake is complete. We may request clarification before starting the review.

Refund requests

Refund requests must be submitted to Info@jjprovidenceglobal.com. Eligibility depends on whether substantive review work has begun. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
